The Second-Half Hero^TM Campaign is a trademarked campaign created by YourAgency.Support, LLC on behalf of a collective group of professionals organized under the name of LEGACYBridge Resources (LBR). LBR is a collection of professionals, licensed and credentialed in one or more of the areas of wellness, planning, and services; and referred to in our messaging as Resource Providers. LBR and its Resource Providers work to go beyond traditional silos of support and complement existing coaches, counselors, therapists, doctors, mentors and advisors like CPAs and attorneys to provide more comprehensive planning with a team-approach for even better outcomes and efficiency along the way.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of the data relating to our clients and members. We will collect, store, use and protect any personal information that you share with us. We will not share your information with anyone, except as described in this Privacy Policy.Throughout this Privacy Policy, we will refer to our website, applications delivered via the web, and other related services collectively as the “Service.”This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means than your use of the Service (including offline) or from other sources. Protecting Personal information

Information that can be used to identify a person is “Personally Identifiable Information”. This does not include information that has been aggregated or made anonymous. User or customer information, provided to LEGACYBridge Resources or its Resource Providers by users of its websites, shall be considered confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party, unless the party is an approved and qualified affiliate or service provider necessary to fulfill our services to our customers, users and/ or members; or if we are required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to conform to the law, or comply with legal process served on us. Such information shall be utilized only for the purpose for which LEGACY Bridge Resources was created, which is to facilitate our service, billing and collections process for electronic billing of clients and members.

Although LEGACYBridge Resources utilizes the highest reasonable levels of data security in the industry, we cannot guarantee the security of PII or other information provided to us. By using our websites, you acknowledge and agree that we make no such guarantee, and that you use our websites at your own risk.

Sharing Personal information

YourAgency.Support LLC and its LEGACYBridge Resources will not rent or sell your Personal Information to others outside our network of qualified service professionals. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of LEGACYBridge Resources (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). LEGACYBridge Resources will share your Personal Information with a limited number of LEGACYBridge Resources and partners for the explicit purpose of providing services to you. If we do this, such third parties’ use of your Personal Information will be bound by terms at least as restrictive as this Privacy Policy.

As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets or business offerings. Customer, transaction, email, and visitor information is generally one of the transferred business assets in these types of transactions. Compromise of Personal Information

In the event that personal information is compromised as a result of a breach of security, YourAgency.Support LLC will promptly notify those persons whose personal information has been compromised, in accordance with the notification procedures set forth in this Privacy Policy, by email, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Your Agency.Support LLC and LEGACYBridge Resources shall not be liable for the transfer of any personal identification information resulting from loss or distribution of data, the delineation or corruption of storage media, power failures, natural phenomena, riots, acts of vandalism, sabotage, terrorism or any other event beyond our control.
